Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your mailboxes and mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your email boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired email messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mailbox you wish to forward messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
